Yesterday I woke up to a wee dusting of snow with the morning weather person's promise of a bit more to come. Cold and snow be damned, I wasn't going to let that dampen my outfit plans for the day. After work I had a fun blogger event at Louis Boston to go to (that I posted about
here) and there was no way I wasn't somehow incorporating some summer brights into my outfit.

Ann Taylor sweater, Kate Spade skirt, Miu Miu sandals, MAC Lady Danger lipstick |
I stayed basic with a black cashmere sweater but added a big ole pop of bright yellow with this Kate Spade meredith skirt.

Coach and Chanel necklaced, Kenneth Jay Lane cuff, Essie fifth avenue nail polish |
Here's a closeup of the yellow and cream printed fabric.

Miu Miu sandals |
Finally, I would be remiss if I did not provide the obligatory gratuitous shoe porn shot. I am so loving these python Miu Miu sandals.
Happy Friday all!
Adorable skirt and i LOVE the sandals! ps- is that chanel necklace! swoon!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jaime! I've got 2 necklaces on, one is Chanel and the other Coach.
ReplyDeleteI love the skirt! I am having a hard time finding yellow things other than kate spade! I did find a J Crew cardigan in bright yellow but other than that, every other brand is pretty colorless! I love it with the black for colder weather but you are going to be able to style that with so many other colors in warmer weather. I am in Houston, Tx so we have 70 degrees and I am wearing my yellow with navy a lot. It also looks great with grey. I didn't think I liked grey until I paired it with yellow. It really does something to it.
ReplyDeleteLive Colorfully!
